You can use any bitrate calculator. There's even one built in to the Xvid codec. Press the Calc button right next to where in input the bitrate or target quantizer.

Oh k. I am pleased to get the result.
What do you say me about subtitle and watermarks.
Is it possible to remove burned subtitles and watermarks through any software. -
Sure. Anyone can crop away part of the frame. Or write a black box over the subtitles and watermark. There are "logo-away" filters that attempt to remove such things. Results vary. Semi transparent watermarks are pretty easily removed. Fully opaque ones usually end up with a blurry mess where the watermark used to be. There are many threads here about this. Here are two:

How can we assign number of threads. How many threads should one dub must have to my needs
-
From Xvid's main dialog: press the "Other Options" button at the bottom center. At the next dialog set "Number of Threads".
You'll have to experiment to find out. On your i7 CPU it's probably going to be about 8/n, where n is the number of simultaneous instances of Xvid that will be running. -
I again had the audio problem. Actually if i am on that i7 i won't be able see listen movie since it is remote desktop.
So How can assure - that the audio is similar to video sequence. I can research as much on my PC.
