I've got a Radeon HD4350-512MB video card. My monitor is an Acer 1920 x 1080 and my TV is a Toshiba 32" 1080P. the monitor is on the DVI connector and the TV on the HDMI connector. If the monitor is on the TV won't display. If I leave the monitor off the TV will sometimes display the computer output but most of time not. I've looked at the settings on my ATI video card but I'm at a loss understand this problem. The TV will display the DOS startup screens but as soon as the Windows desktop starts to load it goes blank.

The easier thing to to/test is to physically remove (make sure it's "remove" not just "disable" in Windows or ATI's CCC) the DVI cable from your video card to your PC monitor, so now you are left with HDMI from your video card to your TV....now from your TV, select source and make sure you select the correct the HDMI port (if you are not sure, read the manual or flip thru all the HDMI ports, most newer TVs have 4 - 6 HDMI ports).
P/s if might be helpful if you let us know if this is a newly built PC or new video card or newly added TV or everything has been working fine until you added the new TV or ??? -
I think you miss the point. I want both to display at the same time. I do notice that Control Panel and CCC show two video cards but I only have one installed.
