It is my understanding that ffmpegX uses ffmpeg as an option for it's encoding. I can create a valid mpeg2 file using ffmpegX that will work with DVD Studio Pro. I cannot create one using ffmpeg. I am trying to learn what commands ffmpegX is using to generate these valid files.
Does anyone know if there is a way to determine which arguments it's using? Or how to use ffmpeg to create a valid mpeg2 ntsc file for an authoring program? I've tried using the Process Information window to reverse engineering which commands were used but I still can't get a valid file.
Thanks for any input you may have.
