Hi guys, I'm just backing up my vault of movies and need some recommendations for movie analysis utilities that are designed to have a low profile and not drain my system resources.

What I want to compile are text log(s) capable of reading the disk I insert, and analyzing both the aggregate and individual runtimes of the features on the disk; if possible, displaying just the first key frame in any set as a still image (a sampler, in other words); and the option to check/uncheck those those chapters/titles I wish to exclude/distinguish from the text log that's generated. I need to know the runtimes that are left after I've removed the FBI/Warning/Preview/Distributor crap in FAB 7 + Blanker, so that the statistics reflect the net result after deleting the crap.

Something like this might not even be available, but I figure some of you will have already gone through this exercise and have favorite tools and utilities you like to use to record such things as runtimes on BONUS DISKS that the studio typically withholds from publishing either on the jacket/insert papers and/or on the disk itself -- sometimes placing as little as 20 minutes of bonus material on a separate disk to make it seem that the "Special Edition" you just purchased is content rich when it really isn't.

I suppose at some point it will behoove me to look into movie database/inventory software, but . . . right now I'm just needing something small and not too complicated to learn.

Thanks guys!
