Hi everyone, do not know if this post is in the right area, but I played a DVD disc that was made with DVD Shrink in Win Movie Player. The screen froze and dialog box came on with ( corrupted file, message and saying it had disabled all 3rd party plug ins). I shut down the computer ,rebooted and tested the dics in PowerDVD the disc played allright, although played very badly in a further test in Win Movie Player , with bad sync on visual and sound. Now I cant restore the computer back using System Restore. being trying for two weeks now. Anyone had similar problems? Any suggestions welcome on how to get the System Restore working again. On another aspect to this problem, can I get software to locate the problem? ( easy to use) Or can I access some sort of log that is located on the computer logging all change to the registry or alerts that the computer generates. All assistance welcomed.
Regards
visionman
