  1. I have a 808 mb bin/cue movie with 14 tracks. I try to burn with Nero but it says it won't fit in my 80min media (I'm at a loss as to whether take off all of the tracks in the cue file as the FAQ states in VCDHelp...). I try to burn with Fireburner and I get this ILLEGAL SENSE-type of error at the very end of the burning. I try to use CDMage to extract the tracks. If I extract the MPEG from Track1 (of two), it makes a file but when I try to play it in WinDVD, all it does is play by the ~3 minute (starts at 0minutes , then jumps to 3:00 minute, 6, etc every second, no video/audio). Any suggestions? Thanks.

  3. Your CUE/BIN file may actually just be over 80min long (and thus, you will need to overburn by a small degree).

Have you tried loading up the image with CDR-Win or CDRDAO (with XDuplicator)? This will show you the actually size of the image in minec:frames.

If it is greater than the size of your media, then you must ensure that your burner can overburn.

Fireburner doesn't support some of the syntax in CUE/BIN files. I think that it will work if you remove the ? DCP lines in the CUE file.
