I have some DVD's I encoded with Handbreak to MKV files. I am trying to mux them to M2TS with tsMuxeR and I tried PS3Muxer. Both programs gave me a shortened video file from 23mn 37s to 20mn 42s. In MediaInfo it shows the Duration at 23mn 37s on audio and video? I tried to mux with different frame rates but still haven't had any luck? The frame rate from the DVD was 29.97. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I muxed other MKV files with no problem with PS3Muxer, then this issue came along so I tried tsMuxeR? Thanks for any help.

does it still play the entire duration without looking sped up? does the audio stay in sync? I've had videos playtimes get shortened before after doing a vbr encode but the video was actually fine...the program just didn't know how to read it I guess.
