Are you using a version of PowerDVD that supports BD -- can you play the original disc -- can you browse the original disc in Windows Explorer -- can you play the title m2ts file, or the video extracted from it?

With apologies if some of these questions sound silly, but if you can't play the original, or browse the original disc, that's a show stopper. Though I've seen 1 or 2 exceptions, you should be able to also drag/drop/play the m2ts in PowerDVD & you should be able to play the video in it's native format -- avc & vc1 will probably need to be in an mkv or avi container for that to work. If you can't read udf 2.5 discs or play the BD video by itself, you may be looking in the wrong place trying to figure out why an iso isn't playing. If everything works good up to that point, verify your iso contains the right structure in udf 2.5 format to be recognized as BD or AVCHD. If you can mount your iso properly you should also be able to drag/drop/play the m2ts from there. While it has it's good & bad points, CinePlayer BD will play BD on your hard drive without 1st converting to iso, as well as some discs PowerDVD doesn't seem to like [e.g. BD-spec 720p mpg2 BD5].
