I have two video productions and some .jpg files I'd like to combine onto a Blu-ray disc that can be played in a typical home player rather than simply making it a data disc. I'd like to have a title/chapter board so the viewer can jump to wherever they want.
The videos are edits on Sony Vegas Pro 8.0. One's in 720 HD and the other is 640 X 480 SD, to further complicate matters.

MultiAVCHD can do this. You can burn the results to either Bluray or DVD Media, although it won't be playable on a standard DVD player. The 640 x 480 material will have to be resized/re-encoded to 720 x 480, as it is not within DVD or BD specs at 640 x 480

If you have Vegas Pro 8 what about DVDA that's bundled with it? -- they haven't updated DVDA for a while so I *Think* the version with 8 can do BD. BUT there's a catch... To get DVDA 5 to output both HD & SD in the same project you have to re-render the SD video 1st in a letter/pillar boxed HD frame. Otherwise things go terribly wrong & the SD behaves horribly on a BD5/9/25.
