  1. I've burned a VCD using Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum and It plays in my DVD player and everything but the video looks a bit disgusting. I know VCDs don't look that great but what's with the pixels and blocks in some fast moving scenes and such? I've burned a VCD before with VCDEasy using CDRDAO and the video has no pixels or blocks whatsoever. The audio was just bad. What could the problem be and how might I be able to fix it?

As for the recording speed I'm using, the lowest I can go is 8X I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Try making an XVCD with a higher bitrate. Works for me.

Ummm, it would help to know what the source material for the VCD was from and which DVD player was used.
