Is it possible to replace the subtitle timings?
I have a dutch.srt subtitle which is in-sync, but also a russian subtitle wich is not in-sync.

So the timings of the dutch subtitle is correct, can I put the timings of the dutch sub into the russian sub, without affecting the text? I think is a simple job, but I cant find any tool.
