when im trying exporting with Adobe Premiere CS3 the HD video (microsoft DV AVI) with 1920 x 1080 resolution, just normal .AVI, and options are set to 16:9 but still it exports in 4:3 dimension and definitely the video is fucked up!! its like 768 x 540 or something like that.

it feels that what ever i put on frame size (resolution) and other options - it doesnt effect on the export video..

im asking you guys to tell me the right options on what to put when trying to export video,i know im doing something wrong but just dont get it.. and im in a hurry kind of gotta do a dvd of one video till tomorrow. thanks very much

Microsoft DV AVI is a codec, along with other DV codecs out there h/w & s/w, whose properties are more or less set in stone. This means you can't alter them when you export an AVI file using them. For example, DV PAL will ALWAYS be 720x576, 25fps, and DV NTSC will always be 720x480, 29.97fps.
The high-definition incarnation of DV is HDV, which is based on MPEG-2, and whose size is set to 1440x1080, also either 25fps or 29.97fps.
It's not clear whether you're using DV or HDV.
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".
