Hi,
I just bought a DVD/VHS deck from Sony VX555.
I am trying to capture VHS tapes. I have a DV-firewire cable and when I go to Premiere CS5 or FCP 7, they both don't recognize the firewire or device. I tried restarting my program and deck but it still doesn't work. I also tried switching firewire inputs and still nothing. Please help.
Specs: MacPro 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 4 GB RAM, 300GB HD, 256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT
