Neoscene is not converting my Hauppage HD PVR footage!

Every time I hit covert on my raw footage from my Hauppage HD PVR (MP4) Neoscene's error message pops up and says "format not supported in neoscene." I am only asking why this ish appening because a friend of mine has posted here as well and people have told him that neoscene does convert HD PVR recordings.

MP4 is a container for audio and video, read your hauppage manual or check your recording settings and make sure you're using audio and video formats supported by neoscene.
