Okay ive been trying every single tutorial on the internet but i can't seem to get this to work.
Okay basically i have 2 tv's
Tv1 is my pc screen witch i wan't to record on
Tv2 is my smaller gaming screen
I have a HDMI splitter cable and i wan't to record my xbox 360 onto my pc.
I have gone into the black magic controll pannel box and set them to the hdmi settings.
Now here is where im stuck.
Currently if i have a cable from the gaming tv to the splitter cable then into the xbox (tv > splitter > xbox)
And then another from the splitter to the intensity pro card (splitter > HDMI cable >intensity card)
I can still play on the gaming tv fine with sound / video. But there is no playback what so ever on the pc. Ive tried 1080p 1080i 720p changed the cables around.. messed with everything i can think of. But i must be doing something wrong.
Only thing i can think of is that 1 of the cables i am using is a ps3 HDMI lead but it works fine from xbox to TV so i dont think its that.
Any help would be great.. Thanks

First, run the cable directly from the xbox to the IP. Get that working. Then try the splitter, etc. The IP drivers seem to be very finicky about what OS you're using. You may have to look for a particular driver version for Vista, a different one for Win7 64 bit, etc.

Okay i can't get the xbox to show up on the pc at all. Ive just tried 1080 i 1080p and so on directly to the IP changing the settings each time to make sure they are correct but it still won't show up on the screen.... Would it be best to just keep downgrading the drivers untill i get one that works? Or is there a list of working drivers somewhere? Thanks again

If you search through the threads here you'll see several posts that talk about driver version problems. 3.4 seems to be the best.
