Hello once again.
I have two separate problems, and I keep seeing "repacketize" as a solution to some, I guess I don't fully understand what it does, but may it'll help?
Here's my two problems (separate):
1) CCE Encoder made a video file that when I multiplex with separate audio using bbMPEG, it BALOONS the file size in NERO, and I can't burn it. Something about the video is wrong, maybe I should Multiplex with TMPGEnc instead? Or... should I REPACKETIZE?
2) I have one or two movies which feature a "slow motion" effect, possibly due to bitrate throttling (from 0 to 2500 and back), but possibly due to the way TMPGEnc lays out the encoded streams. Should I set a higher MIN bitrate to fix? Or... you guessed it... should I REPACKETIZE?
I'd probably use M-1 Edit for this, these are both MPEG-1 VBR movies (Psuedo Sefy's SeVCD template) 2-Pass.
Thanks!
