  1. ok, So I have used anydvd to move to hard drive.
Then I open ripbot to convert, but then I choose of the many freaking mts files within STREAM folder.
Ripbot then shows like 4 playlists.

My question is how do you figure out which one to choose? When looking at the mts files or whatever extension, they are all out of order and include extra scenes and stuff.
So I first chose the one that was 1h 20 mins. Figured that was the one. Nope that was some extra stuff.
Then I chose the 2h 54 min one, which I thought was very long but then of course, my pc goes into sleep mode and shuts everything down!
Well I fixed this by telling it to never shutdown under power options.

So Is there an easy way to figure out which playlist to choose when there are multiple and some are the same or close to the same?

I am going to try makemvk tonight to create mvk file for handbrake but even then when you pull up the title lists and click play(in other rippers) none of the titles ever have the first scene of the movie. Its like they are all scattered about.

Any help or pointers would be great! Sorry for being a newbie but we all start somewhere! Thanks in advance!

Play the blu-ray and see how long the main movie title is?

  3. I looked at the length of the case and it was like 1hr 20 mins so that is why i chose the first mpls which was wrong. It is just frustrating when you have to wait for 24 hours to see a result and find out its not what you want!

  4. The really odd thing is when you open the BD player in lets say PavTubes blu ray ripper, it shows titles, then you click on to view and none of them are the start of the movie. All the file names are out of order. I kind of figured out starting around 200 was the movie but then still couldn't find the first clip. File names are not sequential either, is that to deter ripping?
