BD Rebuilder - custom profiles - MP4

The latest version of BD Rebuilder says "Backup Blu-ray to a single MP4 file(profiles for iPad and iPod) or a MKV file".

Where are the "profiles" to create these formats?

I would like to create iTouch (640 x 480) .MP4 files from my .M2TS files.

I was looking to modify a profile but it looks like it is built into the code and you have limited options.

Also I was trying to use a .M2TS file but it wants the complete BD structure for INPUT.
