    For some reason, when I use IE 8 and open gmail (running Windows 7), I cannot attach anything. ATTACH A FILE doesnt do anything but if I click INVITATION, I get a pop up. The pop up blocker is turned off too. Mozilla works but something is wrong with gmail in IE8?

    It works fine here, ie8 and windows 7 also. I guess they use flash when you click attach a file. So do you have flash installed and working in ie8?

    Yes I have flash. It worked before but stopped working for some reason.
