    how do i increase my video resolution to 720p with my 680p? so that i can make it 720p HD when i upload my video in youtube. what program should i use to increase the resolution?

    Most converters can upconvert. Load the video, set the resolution to 720p, use constant quality or a high bitrate, convert to mp4 h264 video with aac audio. Done. Use for example handbrake, xvid4psp, xmedia recode.


    You could also use more advanced methods for better upconversion with avisynth and some filters but it's probably not worth it for just 680 to 720.
