Encoding problem with BD Rebuilder(Green Overlay)

I've been using BD Rebuilder for a while now and everything was going good until I was encoding Sex and the City. Once it was done encoding, I tried it on PowerDVD to check that it was working fine and it wasn't. The movie was distorted with a green overlay. Didn't know what was going on. Did another movie and it was fine. So i didn't think anything of it. Now when I tried to Encode Casino, it happened again. The movie had a green overlay to it. I did both Full Backup and Movie only. Anyone know what the problem is. Thanks!

How do you rip? AnyDVD or DVDFabDecrypter?
Tried played with something else like tmt or mpchc(play the m2ts)?

I use AnyDVD HD to rip it to my hard drive....when its done..i use PowerDVD to make sure the video works before I encode it...once i encode it and it says complete...i check it again on PowerDVD and there are Green Distortions through the whole movie..i am trying to encode it again using the ABR and CRF unchecked and using 2 Pass VBR to see if that works..
