If I increase the motion picture search on a VCD in tempgenc does the file size increase or just the encoding time?

I recomend u read the forums for your remaining questions after I give u your answer 2 this 1. There is alot of usefull information in the forums and on this website. Enough info 2 turn u into a true professional Video Editor. No, the filesize will not change only the quality and time it will take 2 encode. The longer the motion search, the better the motion and quality of the result.
VCD Compliant MPEG is a set standard.Video-CD NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps) will always b this standard, No mattar how good the source looks or how bad it looks. Its always gonna b the same size.Computers
