    here I have some 3D video content, encoded in AVI, MKV, WMV and so on.
    how could I get the 3D encoding method information from these videos ?(such as Frame sequential, side by side)

    I am not sure exactly what you are asking? Do you want to know how to tell which type of 3d format you have by looking at the clip or are you asking for a program that will encode to such methods?
