Using a Kodak Easyshare Z1085, I'm shooting HD video that is 1280 x 720 with a data rate of about 12000kbps and a frame rate of 30 frames per second, with audio at 128kbps mono and 16kHz sample. The camera saves the video in Quicktime ".MOV" format.
My question is simple: I need Windows software that will let me create home movies from these files. I don't need any fancy effects. The main requirement is that the software does not degrade the quality. Everything I've tried seems to take forever doing re-encoding, and end up degrading the quality.
I want to combine my raw video into movies that I can burn to Blu-Ray disc or ISO without sacrificing video quality.
Advice and suggestions most welcome. Thank you!

Tried multiavchd? No reconversion if it's avchd or blu-ray compliant.
