Hello,
Could you all list some software that can adjust the color and brightness of a video. The only one I know is "Windows Movie Maker".

AVISynth, if you know scripting.
i guess, virtualdub with various filters (plugins) or AVIDemux with various filters (plugins), you might be able adjust colors, brightness, sharpness up to certain extent. -

Virtualdub can do this out of the box, although you will get better refinement with the colormill plugin.

Adobe Premiere Pro will do that and much more. I am sure the other commercial progs can do the same.
