  1. I have my own host , and some Xvid videos on my host , but I don't know how to play Xvid video on web , can somebody help me thanks !

    AFAIK you cannot stream Xvid across the web. You would have to download the file completely before it would play. If you want to stream them form a website then you have to choose a suitable streaming codec (H264, flv etc) and have your host configured to do so.

  3. Stage6 used to stream them via the DivX Web Player. They used to start playing immediately. I had hundreds of XviD videos that played with no problem. They didn't reencode to anything else. So, it can be done, and fairly easily, too. To receive them people only have to install the Web Player:
