Currently I used this cmdline

mencoder.exe "Inputvideo" -sub "InputSubtitles" -subfont "c:\WINDOWS\Fonts\arial.ttf" -subfont-text-scale 3 -of lavf -lavfopts format=mp4 -oac lavc -channels 2 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:mbd=2:trell:v4mv:turbo:vqscale=4:acod ec=libfaac:abitrate=112 -ofps 24000/1001 -af resample=44100 -vf scale=640:360 -o "Outputfilename.mp4"

but I couldn't hear the audio though MediaInfo/MediaPlayerClassic detected the audio file.

I went through the entire documentation of MPlayer (eagle's view) but couldn't find my solution... so pls help...
