This problem just turned up yesterday. I have some files that I downloaded. To make one complete movie I joined the two parts using VIrualDub. The only problem I encountered there was that VDub detected that the audio portion of the files was VBR, so it automatically adjusted itself for that. When I burned the combined file, using Convertx, I noticed that the video preview was showing a split screen with the same image in each half of the screen. And, this also appears to have happened when I copied what I at lest thought was a good conversion of the combined file, also using Convertx.
I've checked my settings on Convertx, and, don't see anything, obvious to me, as to why this is happening.
Any and all help on figuring this out, is appreciated.
BTW Baldric;
if you answer this, I started to try avidemuth, but couldn't see in your guide on what to do to have the program start the conversion process, and, wasn't sure if it would burn the result to DVD automatically, if at all. If you could clear that up, it would be appreciated.
