    Having an on going battle to rip and create a VCD using VCD galaxy(uses TMPGEnc). My latest thinking is that the 'stuttery' video problem may be something to do with the fact that the DVDs I'm ripping are region 2? Any thoughts?

    Just ripped Matrix r2 - no probs but i'm not using vcd galaxy, just followed the instructions on the how to rip page )
