My girlfriend has a TOSHIBA Satellite L505 laptop which has been great ever since we got it about a month ago.

She's been doing the updates and I've been keeping it clean with virus scans and whatnot but recently when she turns the laptop on it stutters the Windows sound at boot. Not sure if its a big problem or not but just wanted to be sure.

I've noticed it the last two times I've booted it and she say's that she's noticed it also but I'm not too sure if its been doing it on every boot lately or not.

Any help with this would be great. Thanks

Contact Toshiba support via email and explain the situation. My cousins kid has a Toshiba netbook that got replaced w/a brand new one because it was considerably slow. It had a defective mobo so at least it was within the 1 year warranty time period.

Ok, I guess that would be the best thing to do before the warranty is up.

    Thanks for the reply
