I just reloaded my capture pc with win2k. its capturing videos
great now except that the sound gets about 1 sec out of synch
per 30min. it never used to do that on win98. I seem to recall
that there was a patch needed for VIA chipsets to keep the bus
from drifting or somthing like that. Anyone know if that file is
what I need to fix the synch prob? or if not, what can I do to fix
it? Im running AMD 800mhz, 300megs ram, 3X40g drives striped.
Im capping straight to huffyuv-2.1.1 AVI and the synch issues
I have are in the AVI before I convert it to mpeg.
Also, where can I find that VIA file I mentioned above?
I didnt see it on via.com
Thanks
