    Hi
    I have a .VOB file without the .IFO file. How would I be able to extract the subtitles to create a .srt file using Avidemux?

    Use PGCdemux.

    Open the VOB file using DVDSubEdit.
    Select the stream (top right of pane).
    Run OCR (botom right) and save as .srt file
