Tried searching for help but don't know what to call that line. When I record something, in this case with Vista MCE, there is that annoying line at the top of the video that looks like flickering pixels. Can I tell MCE to crop or mask this line? I believe to crop it after the fact requires a re-encode and it happens often enough that this would be a hassle. Also does this line have a name?
Thanks for any help.
