  1. I've used GOM player for 3 years and it works great. Yesterday when I ran it it gave me an error "The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on Ok to terminate the application".

I installed Google's Chrome browser yesterday and maybe that is causing the problem?? I'm not sure. I don't want to uninstall Chrome because I have it set up just fine.

I uninstalled GOM, downloaded the new version, installed it, and I get the same error. This is getting annoying . Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is there a better video player out there that will play FLV, RM, AVI, WMV, MOV, and DVD's?

    TIA
    Brent

Try google the error code, 0xc0000005, for some solutions.

Or else can you try kmplayer, vlc or smplayer.
