correct picture distortions

I'm recording TV movies with Dreambox DM500-C to a NAS server.
There are *.ts files created on the NAS, but they have picture distortions.
I mux these *.ts Dateien using PVAStrumento 2.1.0 to mpa files, then I cut and create mpg files using Cuttermaran 1.70 (Muxer ->ImagoMPEG-Muxer).
Howto to correct source *.ts or the end product -> mpg files?

It' s quite difficult for me to explain, because my English is bad.
I mean small picture problems on playback, coming from the recording.

BTW can mpg2cut2 correct these problems and how it works?
Can someone pls explain step by step or post a manual link?

Mpg2Cut2 is a simple MPG editor. It should be able to open your TS files directly and produce MPG files after cutting. It only cuts on keyframes and it doesn't reencode. It may solve your problems.
