TSmuxer should be able to do it since it takes m2ts files and converts them to BR/avchd.

does tsmuxer make the blu ray disc directories?
I tried multiavchd and it was taking forever to generate a menu, is there other software that would be able to do what I want it to.
I just want all my clips on there with no reencoding and with simple menus
    Thanks

TSMuxer will create the structure, but no menus. Mult-AVCHD shouldn't take too long to create menus, but if you choose motion menus then it will have to do some encoding. You haven't filled in your computer details, so we can't say what is reasonable.

  7. tsMuxeR supports only one title. multiAVCHD should take ~10-20 seconds per menu page (static) and about 2-3 mins for motion menu pages.
