hey everyone im new to this so please be gentle
i am losing around 30% frames everytime i try to capture i have tried various programs with the same results i have
20 gig hard drive with dma enabled
768 mhz processor
319 mb ram
please help me.

Please be more specific:
How do you capture (what HW, what Format,compressed or uncompressed)?
And what's your OS Operating System) and FS (File System)?
What's the transfer rate of your HD ?
Is the disk fragmented or clean?
