    Hi...looking for anyone who has a Panasonic HDD recorder that is DEAD that they could sell me. I know..very strange request, but I need a dead unit to use in a trade-in situation. Thanks very very much for any help or guidance! Will pay for unit and shipping............

    Well, I have a Pioneer 533H-S. The "only" problem with it is that the video outputs don't work. So I just can't see anything. The hard drive and the rest of the functionality seem to work fine.

    I 'm currently trying to figure out how to get my videos off the hard drive (might require swapping it into another recorder)

    Ideally I'd like to fix this thing, but if that's not easily workable, I could sell it to you.
