nothing gave me the info. i downloaded the basic version already and wanted to upgrade to VOB2MPGPRO but was given no directions for download.

I'd like to know how this was resolved because I have the exact same issue. This shouldn't be this hard.

Bottom line for potential purchasers of this software: once you buy this on PayPal you'll have to work through these forums to actually get the Pro software.

Bottome line - It's not this hard to get the info for the vast majority of purchasers or you would see many, many more of these threads here. Usually it is a problem on your end with spam filters in your email.

i just bought online and paid through paypal. did u give them a working email. as soon as i sent payment on paypal. i got these instructions, i left out my serial number (duh) and it was purchased june 27

Regarding the spam filter. I just re-checked both email and spam filter for the hundredth time. I also went to online to the spam filter quarantine to make sure the emailed list wasn't omitting anything. Nothing. No email ever went out to my email address with a serial number or anything else.
