I just ripped my copy of Avatar blu ray and demuxed the pgs (subtitle english) using Tsmuxer. It saved it as a sup file, which TMPGEnc Xpress 4 cannot open. It needs to be in srt, but thats not the main problem. I don't need the entire subtitles for the movie only the force subtitles, like when the aliens speak. How do I do this without going through and watching it and taking notes when the aliens talk, that seem pretty long and a crude way of getting it done.
Is there a forced only english subtitle download for 1080p rip? If so I can't find it. I would rather do it myself though then depending on downloading it from some website if possible.

Are you sure that they are soft subbed ? I seem to remember the aliens getting a fairly specific style of font, so I suspect that forced subs are in fact part of the image.
Apparently they are subbed - you can find out how to get them here : https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/319925-Avatar-%28BD%29-Na-vi-Subtitles-HelpRead my blog here.
