Hello everyone!
I want to rip an audio track from an AVI video and place it in an MKV video. I have been following this thread: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/how-to-add-second-audio-track-into-a-mkv-file-t362167.html
I used AVIdemux to "Audio -> Save" and I ended up with an extensionless file, then I used MKVmerge to merge the ripped audio track with the MKV video... but it produced bad results. The peculiar thing was that MKVmerge saw the ripped audio file as a video track, and not an audio track.
When I ripped the audio from the AVI using AVIdemux, I selected "Vorbis" from the left drop menu to match the video I wanted to merge.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
