I think the heading says it all. Can anyone help me change to ALL REGIONS?

You may not be able to. You can always ask, but if you can't find a code via a web search, it may not exist. Many players simply cannot be made region free. Sony and Samsung are currently among the most difficult to make region free. Also, note that due to hardware differences even if someone gives you an unlock code, there is always some chance that it won't work on your player and that it only works on players sold in other parts of the world. Good luck and maybe someone will post a code that works for you. It does happen from time to time so it's not impossible, but do note that the majority of this type of request don't have a solution.
