Add chapters (at least) to already made DVD

It's been so long since I've done any DVD authoring so I figured this would be the best place to come back and ask about it. I downloaded a concert DVD that has no menu or chapters. I don't want to lose any quality on the audio or video and don't know how to go about doing this. Any help at all would be great. Thanks

Reauthor with something that does not reconvert like the free guifordvdauthor or commercial software like dvd-lab pro or tmpgenc authoring works(might reconvert some times though). If you can't import the dvd vobs directly then use vob2mpg on the dvd or use pgcdemux to convert the dvd to video and audio streams that you import in the authoring application.
