    I just burned my first VCD and it plays on one DVD player a JVC, but not on my DVD player a Toshiba. The source light comes on and says VCD but all I get is garbled pixels. On my brothers DVD player it plays perfectly. Any help?

    Some stand alone dvd players will not play vcd's, as some will not play cdr's and cdrw's, refer to the dvd players owners manuel to see if it will.
