  1. I have a new Canon HF200 camcorder. I was able to put the sd card in my card reader and the computer would give me the option to have Windows transfer the videos. Now that doesn't work any more. I don't get that option, plus the new files that I transfer via my camera, don't have thumbnails. When I go to the file types/associations window, there is no entry for .mts files. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    I am using Windows 7.

    Thank you.

I can play the files in Windows Media Player. I actually uninstalled (Through the Control Panel) the trial versions of several programs yesterday--Corel Video Studio Pro x3, Adobe Premier Elements, AVS file converter, and Handbrake. I installed NeoScene and purchased a license for it.
