OK i just got a new Mp3 player and it plays MTV video flies. Ok now i wanted to know if there is a program that can convert from vob to mtv. And the fastest. Thanks.

MTV? Do you mean MOV? What mp3 player do you have?

It always helps to list manufacturers and model numbers in questions.

MTV is one of those weird MP4ish formats that Chinese portable media players support. Here's some info

It lists some programs that can encode. This is a weird format for most of us and only those Chinese media players support it. Few of us have them. So you don't have a lot of choice in terms of finding something that works or getting help from us about it. Just find something that works and use it as you don't have enough choice to worry about which is fastest.
