I get perfect sound but unfortunately abit blurry black-white picture.
What i want to do is record when i play Xbox 360 (video game console), i have connected everything they way its supposed to (green HD-cable -> yellow, red and white sound -> red and white sound) but i cant get any colours! I live in region PAL and right now my settings are at NTSC because if i change to PAL the whole screen goes black and i cant even see anything (but i can stil hear the sound)!
Heres a picture of it: http://www.tietofriikki.fi/images/10620-01_0903_09f.jpg
Im using a VISTA if that matters, i have also downloaded all the latest drivers. So far i have been trying the following softwares: Magix Terratec Edition, Pinnacle 12.
I have been trying for hours (6+) therefor i give up and ask for help. Would appreciate it a lot, thanks!
(If its needed i can uppload some footage)

it only accepts SD composite or s-video input, no HD.

Thanks for answering.
I know it doesnt accept HD thats why i HDTV = OFF -> TV = ON on the composite cable. The green "HD" cable isnt HD anymore, get me? If i use the regular yellow cable the picture get way more blury and unsharp. I dont know, maybe its my computer/laptop? -
Oh boy am i happy, i sorted it.
I have been messing up all day and ignored the easiest and most logic thing to do. Reset every program, cables, usb ("reboot" everything after installing drivers, loads of softwares etc)...
Thanks anyway! -
4 posts in a row now but it doesnt work good at all, the picture is not very clear (large pixels) and its a hell to manage to record (you have to open many programs and close some, tick some boxes and whatnot all in order before you finaly can record.
Terratec is shit.
