Hi i discover here today this software to make mp3 of my DVD , he work perfect unless one thing, i can't listen "preview" chapters so select wich chapter i want to convert or no, the sound seem to freeze..
I've read on the Help this maybe due to 48000Hz audio, they say to chane to 44100Hz, but we can only do that after the first step (for the mp3 we gonna have after the conversion, not the preview at the begining) they talk about using foobar2000, but once again i just test that change nothing for the preview...
Anybody know who to resolve this problem ?

Just take all of the chapters then delete the ones you don't want.
I've tried that program several times and always thought it was junk. I never got it to work correctly
or do exactly what I wanted.
I just write down the chapters I need.....and rip them the old fashioned way with DVDDecrypter...then
convert the files to MP3 or WAV or whatever I need......and my way is free.
I love that program!!
It is excellent!!
I've used that program for at least 3-4 years, almost since it came out, and i've never had a problem with it, just used it maybe 3 days ago, v5.0.2 and i am going to update/upgrade to v5.0.3 here in a minute.
I just opened a concert dvd and i had no problem either selecting just1 chapter or all chapters and using the arrow buttons to jump forward and backward to each chapter.
But then we don't know what version you are using, your PC specs, what are you trying to open with it, something already ripped to your HDD, from a dvd drive, is the disc a retail disc whih probably has copy protection, ect ect ect ect.....
Maybe some actual specific details would shed some light on your problem....
Just saying, i think my car has gas but it wont start
The OP must be doing something wrong, should have no problem previewing the chapters, Noahtuck explained it nicely for him. DVD Audio Extractor is an EXCELLENT program, been using it for years as well, extracts audio from DVD's many different ways and does it as good or better than anything out there. I only wish they would make "Blu-ray Audio Extractor", I'd buy the program all over again for that.
DVD Audio Extractor 4.5.5
One more thing who can help understand the problem (if abybody still reading..) i resolved the problem with VLC player and as it was the same i have with DVD Audio Extractor... , so for VLC i go to tool > preference > (advanced) > audio > output modules > win32 wave out ratheer then automatic
So maybe i'll need to set output for win32 wave out too for DVD Audio Extractor, question if how ???
