    I recently shot 2 hours of video with my new camcorder. When I uplaoded the video to make a movie the process was extremely slow - like nearly 2 hrs. What am I doing wrong?

    Two hours to copy the files off the Flip ? You have a USB 1 port and need to upgrade

    Two hours to edit the files ? Meh. Editing takes as long as it takes.

    Two hours to render the edited footage ? How much ? To what format ?

    However, once you start working with HD source, everything takes longer
