Does anyone know if this program works on a 64 bit OS? I currently use Vista Home Premuim. They say on their website that their product has not been tested on a 64 bit system, so buy at your own risk. I was wondering if someone was brave and bought this and it worked!

thanks for any help you can give me.

Great. Then it should work on mine too. How do you like the software so far? Pros and Cons?

I am thinking of purchasing sometime soon. I really like the encoding engine especially when encoding from HD source to SD.

Are you happy with the menu templetes they offer?

    thanks.

I've been a TMPG user from way back, still use the TMPGenc now and then. It's just like all the other software they have offered over the years IMO. Works great for some projects. The DVD author tools are the same type of features basically. I don't care for the templates much(not a big preset fan), it is in some ways just like DVD WS which I still have and use sometimes as well. But for 99 bucks you get a nice tool to have for home stuff. Having said that it limits your audio(WILL NOT allow DTS audio tracks to be passed through to target. It shall be re-encoded to AC3 (or LPCM/MPEG-1 Level II) and the Blu Ray only supports MPEG2 output. But if your just looking to go to SD it will work fine.

Thanks so much for your insight. I like to use multiavchd for my blu ray output but i am looking for a program that also has great menu flexibility. Do you know of any other programs that have this?I have trial test about 10 different programs and i have not been able to find the right combination of HD to SD with really good menu selections. TMPGEnc is my top choice for the HD to SD conversion.
